Lodgify’s Ultimate plan lets you manage your household staff with easy real-time communication (chat available) and simplified remote monitoring and control thanks to the “Property Management” application.
The tool enables staff to be assigned to cleaning and maintenance tasks.
Elloha offers a single application that doesn’t include all the essential features:
- No centralized SMS or Whatsapp communications with your customers.
- Impossible to manage rates directly from the phone.
- No task tracking options.
With Elloha, you’ll mainly be able to book a reservation or check your calendar. Elloha does not allow you to assign tasks…
For us, Elloha’s application offers too few options.

Connecting platforms via API :
The Lodgify channel manager offers API connection to the 3 main platforms in France:
- Airbnb,
- Booking,
- Vbro.
Currently there is no API connection with Abritel/Vbro at Elloha.
It’s a pity, because this platform can be very lucrative for certain types of property, such as seaside vacation homes.
Passenger communication with centralized messaging :
The two channel managers enable centralized messaging with Airbnb and Booking from your computer.
As mentioned above, Lodgify adds Vbro/Abritel to its palette!
Negative point for Elloha:
- No API connection with Vrbo/Abritel ;
- Mobile communication is not available.
Some travelers may expect a certain responsiveness from hosts. Lodgify gives you access to your mailbox from your cell phone.
What’s more , unlike Elloha, Lodgify lets you send Whatsapp and Sms messages.

The Lodgify channel manager offers several subscription rates:

The Elloha channel manager is priced at €49 excl. tax/month for the Magic plan.
Elloha software also offers several subscription plans. We only mention the last one, the Magic plan, because it’s the most popular with customers and the one we recommend.
At Lodgify, both plans make the tool interesting.
Elloha is therefore less expensive than Lodgify. At Elloha, we find only the Magic package useful. It’s a great price for a modest owner who doesn’t want to automate.
What’s more, the price remains the same for 1 or 3 apartments. Beyond that, however, automation becomes inevitable… Elloha software becomes insufficient
Your short-term rental website:
The strong point of both channel managers is that their websites are included. Indeed, to maximize your profits, you’ll need to gradually move away from booking platforms (Airbnb, Booking).

Unfortunately, Elloha does not include the ability to connect to such devices…
